SG Systems Global will automatically validate your account status and support level (referenced against your company email domain).

TICKET AUTOMATION – If you are a current support member, you will receive a ticket number and details of the assigned support representative.  If you are not a current support member, your Account Manager will be notified automatically.  You will then be contacted by your Account Manager.
