Before You Begin
How does the free trial work?
Full V5 access guided by our onboarding specialists.Our 7-day Guided Trial provides complete access to the V5 MES/QMS/WMS platform through a cloud-based environment with no installations required. We preload your real batch record or SOP to create a realistic simulation of your operations. Barcode scanning, weighing, and label printing activities are included. Trial access begins once ACH payment details are placed on file, with no charges made during the trial. Unless canceled in writing before the trial ends, billing will begin automatically on the 1st of the following month.
What’s included in the trial?

Minimum 3 users required, volume discounts for larger teams.All plans — Express, Professional, and Enterprise — require a minimum of 3 user licenses. A 30% volume discount automatically applies when you have 26 or more users. If you anticipate needing 80+ users, please contact us for custom enterprise pricing.
How is billing handled after the trial?
Billing starts automatically unless canceled in writing.If you do not cancel your trial before it ends, billing will begin automatically on the 1st of the following month. Pricing is based on a per-user, per-month model, but invoiced annually unless monthly billing is requested (with a 10% surcharge). All billing is processed securely via ACH payment.
What happens to my data after the trial?
Your setup and data migrate seamlessly to production.If you continue after the trial, your environment is migrated into either an On-Premise deployment (default) or a Cloud-Hosted deployment (optional via V2 Cloud). No data loss, rework, or reconfiguration is needed — you continue operating immediately.
Can I add more users during the trial?
Temporary user expansions available for evaluations.If you require additional user licenses during your trial period, we can temporarily expand your access to support larger team evaluations. Our team will assist in scaling your environment accordingly.
What happens after I submit the form?
An onboarding specialist will finalize your setup quickly.After submitting the form, an SG Systems representative will reach out to confirm your trial start date, collect or verify ACH payment details, and assist with preloading your batch records or SOPs. We will guide you through the onboarding steps to ensure a fast, efficient trial experience.
