This screen helps you quickly assess the current situation of stock within the system.
The top left hand panel displays a list of all the current commodities available, selecting a commodity will populate the top right hand panel. The top right hand panel list all the lots of the selected commodity, please note a single lot might be split into 2 or more stock locations so a lot number may be repeated several times for each location. Selecting a lot number will populate the lower panel, this list all the events that have taken place for this particular lot including quantities received, consumption, related questions and answers, movements, adjustments, etc. etc.

Exports a CSV file with the table view contents (opens in Excel). Applies to all Inventory tables.
Type into the box and the system will search automatically based on the menu selection to the right (click and use the pull down to select which column to search). Delete the text to remove the search.
This displays the Commodity Code, you cannot edit this field because it is looked up from the Commodities table.
This displays the Commodity Description, this is pulled in by the Commodity Code and cannot be edited.
This displays the Commodity Type (Formula, Ingredient etc). This field cannot be edited as it is defined in the Commodities table.
This displays what Unit the Commodity is received. This field cannot be edited as it is pulled in from the Commodities table.
This is the lot number for the selected stock item, this number is assigned upon receiving the item.
This displays the Supplier Lot number if the selected item has been assigned one.
License Plate Number. Used to uniquely identify a pallet, this number is usually printed out as a barcode on a pallet label to help identify it and it’s contents quickly.
This displays the Supplier Code of the Commodity if there has been one selected upon receipt.
This displays the suppliers name.
This displays the date and time in which the item was received.
This display the date and time in which the item will expire.
This displays the location of where the item currently resides (Warehouse, Freezer, and Stock Room etc).
This displays the location code.
This displays the current quantity of the selected item left in stock.
This displays the Production Location Name of the Terminal that performed the transaction.
This displays what transaction was performed using the selected Lot (Stock In, Adjustment, Consumed etc).
This displays the Batch Number of the item if it was produced at a Terminal. It will also display the Sales Order Number if the item has been shipped to a customer.
This displays either the quantity tied to the transaction (e.g 5.0 Shipped) or displays the answer to the question within the question field.
This displays what user was logged into the system at the time of the transaction.
This displays the date and time of when the transaction took place.
This displays the reason of the transaction, for example, if an item was withdrawn from inventory, the operator could enter a reason why.
This displays any questions that were asked upon receiving the item.
This displays the Formula Code that was produced against the Lot Number, or the Formula Code in which the selected item was consumed.
This displays the Formula Name that was produced against the Lot Number, or the Formula Name in which the selected item was consumed.
This displays what type of Formula was produced against the Lot Number, or the Formula type in which the selected item was consumed.
This displays the above Formula’s Unit of Measure.
If the selected item has been shipped to a customer, this cell displays the Customer Code.
For stock related transactions this will display the stock location involved.
The specific lot container name the commodity is stored in (where applicable)
