This screen allows you to create a production schedule which can be completed on the terminals.

Button Help

Adds a job to the list.

Deletes a job from the list.

Exports a CSV file with the table view contents (opens in Excel).  Applies to the formula list (upper) & the formula steps (lower).

Search Assist

Type into the box and the system will search automatically based on the menu selection to the right (click and use the pull down to select which column to search). Delete the text to remove the search.

Column Help

Job Number

When scheduling a production requirement, a Job Number is used to link the production requirement with a number of required batches. The Job Number is visible on the batch terminal to allow the production operator to identify the Job. The default job formula is automatically generated by the system, using a MMDDYY-Consecutive Number format. You can type your own job number into the box by double clicking and typing the new number (which must be unique).

Formula Code

Scheduled formulations are referenced with a Formula Code (See Products / Formulas menu for adding / deleting and editing). Upon selection of the Formula Code, the Description column will be automatically populated. Double click the cell and use the pull down menu to select the required formula.

Description

Formula Description is automatically populated upon selection of the Formula Code.

Total Units

This is the total quantity to be produced for this job, it is the units per batch multiplied by the number of batches (see below).

Units Per Batch

The quantity of formula that will be made in each batch.

Batches

The required amount of batched within a Job. For a single batch, type 1. Additional batches should be multiples of a whole number. Double click and enter the value into the cell.

Completed

This cell is auto populated based on the number of batches completed in production. It is a live view of production.

Status

A job can be in 3 states (Not Started / In Progress / Completed). This field is automatically populated based on the state of the job within production.

Formula Version

Each time a Formulation is edited and scheduled, a Formula Version is assigned. This allows batches completed in production to be traced with the formula which was utilized at the time. This field is automatically populated.

Run Time

A formula can have a specified run time (See Products / Formulas menu for adding / deleting and editing) to aid the scheduling process in terms of time planning. This field is automatically populated based on the Run Time value within the Formula.

Production Date

Can be used to set the date the production will commence, this date is displayed on the schedule jobs screen on the terminal.

Inputted Time

Once a job has been completed the number of minutes it has taken can be entered here to be reported upon.

Notes

Any additional information related to the job can be entered here, this field is displayed on the scheduled jobs screen on the terminal.

Scheduled By

Indicates the name of the user that originally scheduled the job.

Custom Field 1 – 5

Bespoke data fields, the contents of these fields can be printed on labels during production.

Keyboard Controls

Moves cell down.

Moves cell right.

Hold down to select multiple rows.

Cancels transaction.
