Krispy Kreme implements V5 Traceability

Congratulations to Alex Salnikov and the team at Krispy Kreme on the rapid implementation of the V5 Formula Control Scale System at their Queensland, Australia Facility.

Krispy Kreme’s V5 implementation enables scaling operators to make faster, more reliable batches – improving productivity and reducing batch errors.

In just over 1 business day, the Krispy Kreme team (with support from our Australian Distributor Wedderburn Scales) installed the system, trained their operators and scaled off dozens of perfect batches! Delicious Donuts!

Queensland is the second Australian Krispy Kreme site to implement the V5 Formula Control Scale Solution (following the successful pilot at Huntingwood). The V5 System is designed to significantly improve ‘on target’ batch percentage, reduce ingredient waste and introduce a very high level of product consistency and electronic traceability.
